Superdrug Skincare Displays

Tasked at night to work alongside Superdrug merchandisers to improve the skincare displays. The existing displays had to be fully de-merchandised to allow new acrylic shelving, promo bay lighting and illuminated headers to be implemented.

Stock, and price points were then re-merchandised ensuring that the displays were ready for sales at store opening. Approximately 150 Superdrug stores were re-vamped over a two month period, with on-going maintenance being completed as required.
