Job Opportunity – Business Development Manager

Ruck Retail Solutions are a leading POS and display installation company based in Winsford, Cheshire, although you will be required to travel nationally to industry events and visit clients.

This is a diverse role and you will need a proven track record in new business development, quoting, account management, marketing, campaign and social media management. This role will appeal to an existing Business Development Manager or experienced POS Salesperson looking for their next move.

 

The Role:

• To be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing, including the management and updating of the website, marketing and social media campaigns

• Liaison with internal Operations Team

• Working to maintain, develop and introduce new clients to the business

• Monitor projects to ensure that all departments deliver as promised

• Efficiently cost projects in terms of labour, travel and other resources

• Ensure all customer requirements are effectively communicated to the Operations Team, working with them to ensure that correct briefs are pulled together

• Ensure all aspects of company HSE procedures are followed at all times

 

The Candidate:

• Previous experience of working in a similar role within POS, signage, graphics or similar sectors

• IT literate with experience of MS Office and MS Excel, WordPress and social media sites

• Strong leadership / team management skills

• Quality focused individual

• Highly motivated and driven

• Strong problem solving skills in which you will demonstrate a methodical approach

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with others
